Sellers

• You must own the items you list and have the right to sell them.
• Listings must be accurate — describe condition honestly and use real photos of the actual item.
• No prohibited, counterfeit, stolen, or inappropriate items.
• Listings are reviewed before going live and may be declined or removed at our discretion.

Buyers

• Contact sellers in good faith about genuine purchases.
• Payment and shipping are arranged directly between you and the seller. SeforimForSale is not responsible for those transactions.

Conduct

Don't misuse the site — no spam, scraping, abuse, or attempts to disrupt the service. We may suspend access for violations.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is," without warranties. We are not liable for disputes, losses, or damages arising from transactions between users.
